3. Estimates, Invoices, and Payment
Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternate terms are expressly agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest on past-due balances at the maximum rate permitted by Oklahoma law.
By paying an invoice or accepting a written estimate, you acknowledge receipt of, and agreement to, these Terms and Conditions.

11. SMS Messaging Program Description
Oklahoma Safe Room & Septic, LLC operates a transactional SMS/text messaging program (the "Messaging Program") for the purpose of communicating with customers and prospective customers regarding: appointment scheduling and confirmation, job status and progress updates, invoice delivery and payment notifications, service follow-up, and related operational communications.
We do not use our Messaging Program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages. All messages sent through this program are transactional in nature and directly related to services you have requested or are receiving.
12. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
You provide your consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from us by any of the following actions:
Verbal Authorization: Verbally providing your mobile phone number to a Company representative and agreeing to receive text messages in connection with your service.
Estimate Acceptance: Signing or verbally accepting a written service estimate that references these Terms, which are incorporated by reference into all estimates.
Invoice Payment: Submitting payment on an invoice bearing your mobile phone number. Payment constitutes acknowledgment that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the SMS Messaging Terms herein.

13. How to Opt Out
TO STOP RECEIVING SMS MESSAGES FROM US, REPLY STOP TO ANY MESSAGE WE SEND YOU. After we receive your STOP request, we will send you one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you wish to re-enroll at a later date, contact us or provide your consent again as described in Section 12.
